Utah State Claims Honors For Basketball 's Great Osobor And Mason Falslev

Junior Great Osobor and freshman Mason Valslev made it a clean sweep for Utah State on Monday, earning the Mountain West Conference weekly Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week honors.

Osobor, who transfered from Montana State in the off-season, was a factor in Utah State claims to wins at Air Force (88-60) and against No 13/14 ranked Colorado State (77-72). He averaged 26 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the two games.

In the game against Air Force he scored a career-high 32 points, going 11-fotr-14 from the floor along with nine rebounds and four assists.

He had a double-double against Colorado State, scoring 20 points while grabbing 14 rebounds.

Falslev, a guard from Skyview High School in Benson, Utah, scored played a key part in the wins against CSU and Air Force, checking in for 18 points, four rebounds and three steals against the Falcons, and 18 points six rebounds and three assists against CSU.
